How to work this list
Give every real task an estimate in focus sessions, even a rough one. Estimates make the day plannable: four open tasks at two sessions each is a full day, and seeing that before 9am beats discovering it at 6pm. When you press the play button on a task, the Pomodoro timer opens with that task attached, and each finished focus session adds one to its completed count, so the numbers stay honest without bookkeeping.
Recurring tasks never pile up: completing one rolls its due date forward instead of closing it. Use the list field to park things in Someday or Waiting rather than deleting them; an empty Next list you trust beats a long one you avoid.
