Open and printEvery template is laid out for portrait orientation on either A4 or US Letter. Both paper sizes work without changing anything, because the sheets are sized to the narrower printable width of the two.
Leave your printer margins at the default setting. Shrinking the margins to zero gives you no extra room and can push the outer border off the edge of the page. If your print dialog offers a "fit to page" or "scale to fit" option, leave it at 100%.
Black and white is fine. The sheets use plain rules and empty boxes rather than color fills, so a grayscale or draft-quality print looks the same as a color one and uses far less ink. Turn off "print background graphics" if your browser has it enabled; the templates do not need it.
Print several copies at once. A stack of ten daily planners on the desk removes the small friction of opening a browser every morning, which is most of the reason paper planning sticks.
